Will be smooth plastered internally and externally painted with three coats of emulsion paint, external painting to be of Mauvitop or equivalent.
TILING
Ceramic titles to be Iaid on all floor areas.
Ceramic titles to be laid up to 1.8 m height in bath.
OPENINGS
Window & Doors to be in high standard with front elevation in double glazing.
JOlNERY
Internal flush doors with oil paint finish, Skirting in all rooms / Cup Board to be provided under kitchen work top.
PLUMBING
Shower will be fitted with cold & hot water supply.
Water heater to be provided for showers.
SANITARY FITTINGS
Sanitary appliances will be of "Armitage" type or equivalent.
Kitchen sink will be of double bowl.
ELECTRIClTY
Stand by generator to cater for essential service lights. Conduits wiring from the CEB meter to the various sections of the building as well as the following items will be provided :
Bedroom: 1 light point and 2 sockets.
Master Bedroom 2 light points and 2 sockets.
Living & Dining: 3 light points and 3 sockets.
Bathroom: 1 light point, 1 socket and water heater point.
